I have a spam folder full of them. They're not "please help me" so much as "enter this contest to win some prize". -Sara

These mails only goes to moderators of the php-announce@ list, typically RMs and the like moderates this list hence why only a handful has gotten them, each moderation mail contains the original mail and addresses to approve or reject the message. -- regards, Kalle Sommer Nielsen kalle@php.net
